Being owed money is stressful. Getting it back shouldn't be.

Unpaid invoices, loans that went quiet, deposits that never came home — you shouldn't have to chase them alone. We recover dues the professional way: politely, legally, step by step. You see every fee upfront, you approve every step, and most cases settle with a single formal letter.

How we help — one step at a time

01

We understand your case

From ₹399 · pay only when this step starts

Money lent to a friend or relative, an unpaid personal loan, a deposit your landlord or builder is sitting on — share whatever records you have.

We collect your evidence: loan agreement or promissory note, bank transfer records, bounced cheques, and even WhatsApp or email conversations acknowledging the debt.

An expert checks the limitation period (generally 3 years from when the debt fell due) so you know exactly how much time you have to act.

You get a written case assessment: how strong your claim is, the best recovery route, and a realistic timeline — including an honest “not worth pursuing” if that’s the truth.

Within 2 working days · You get: written case assessment + recovery roadmap

02

A firm but fair letter

From ₹2,500 · pay only when this step starts

A formal demand notice, drafted by professionals and served on the borrower — most personal debts settle right here.

The notice states the amount, interest, and a clear deadline to pay (typically 15 days), served by registered post and email with proof of delivery.

If a cheque bounced, we serve the statutory notice under Section 138 of the NI Act within the mandatory 30-day window — miss it and that remedy is lost.

The tone stays firm but civil — designed to get payment, not to burn the relationship.

Served within 48 hours · You get: proof of service + copy of notice

03

We talk, so you don't have to

From ₹4,300 · pay only when this step starts

If the deadline passes, we open a structured negotiation — you never have to make the awkward call yourself.

A dedicated case manager contacts the borrower, presents the consequences of non-payment, and works out a lump-sum or instalment plan.

Any settlement is captured in a written, signed agreement — with post-dated cheques or standing instructions where possible.

Every payment is tracked until the full amount reaches your account; if an instalment is missed, we escalate immediately.

Typically 2–4 weeks · You get: signed settlement agreement + payment tracking

04

Legal support, only if needed

From ₹9,000 · pay only when this step starts

For borrowers who still refuse, partner advocates take over — and nothing is filed until you approve the plan and the fee.

Cheque-bounce cases proceed as criminal complaints under Section 138 — punishable with up to two years’ imprisonment or twice the cheque amount.

For documented loans, a summary suit under Order 37 CPC seeks judgment without a full trial; we can also seek attachment of the debtor’s assets.

You receive a fee-and-timeline plan before anything is filed, and case updates at every hearing.

Only with your approval · You get: advocate representation + hearing-by-hearing updates
